Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within the first thirty (30) days after purchase. To return or exchange the product, send us a detailed message using our contact form explaining the problem, and if we are unable to remedy the problem, we will provide an RMA with instructions.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition without physical damage.
To complete your return, we require your contact information, the order number and date of purchase.
Should an item arrive with shipping-related damage, please message us immediately upon receipt of damaged item. Include a photo of the damaged item along with contact information in your email message.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Product with obvious signs of use.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within seven (7) days of refund approval.
Late or missing refunds
- Refund amounts are on the price paid and not necessarily list price.
- If you have waited seven (7) business days and have not received a notification of a refund, please check the account of your payment method, whether credit card or PayPal. If the payment has not been posted to your account, please contact your credit card company or PayPal (depending on method of payment). Sometimes it takes a few days for payments to be posted to credit cards.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please message us.
Products that are sent in for exchange are replaced with the same model, or newer model where the existing model is not longer available.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
